Vintage & second-hand items All items sold by Lieuwes Vintage are second-hand and pre-owned. Each piece is unique and may show signs of wear consistent with its age and history. This is part of the charm of vintage — and we always aim to describe the condition of each item as accurately as possible in the product listing.
Returns We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, in accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
We do accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at lieuwesvintage@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a return and offer a full refund or replacement.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs In case of damage or incorrect delivery, Lieuwes Vintage will cover the return shipping costs.
